Watch Me Win — Returns Policy

1. Scope and relationship with Competition Terms

1.1. This Returns Policy applies to physical items that may be supplied or delivered as part of a prize.

1.2. It does not apply to competition entries. Competition entries are not goods, are non-returnable, and are governed by the Terms & Conditions (Part A).

2. Competition entries are final

2.1. All entries to Watch Me Win prize competitions are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2.2. Once payment is taken and an entry is submitted, it is final and cannot be cancelled, returned or refunded for any reason, unless the relevant competition is cancelled by Watch Me Win.

3. Faulty or damaged items

3.1. If a prize or product arrives faulty or damaged, the recipient must notify Watch Me Win by email at contact@watchmewin.co.uk within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
3.2. The notification must include the order or entry number, the delivery date and clear, timestamped images or video showing the outer carton, inner packaging and the item. All original packaging, accessories and documentation must be retained.

3.3. Following assessment, Watch Me Win may, at its discretion, arrange a repair, a replacement or a refund. Where applicable, a return merchandise authorisation and return instructions will be issued.

3.4. Items must be returned complete, including all accessories, certificates and documentation. Damage resulting from mishandling, misuse, modification or wear after delivery is not covered.

4. Wrong or incomplete deliveries

4.1. If the wrong item is delivered or components are missing, the recipient must notify contact@watchmewin.co.ukwithin seven (7) days of delivery and provide reasonable evidence of the issue.

4.2. After investigation, Watch Me Win may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or a refund.

5. Return shipping and risk

5.1. Unless Watch Me Win confirms otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for the cost of postage on returns, repairs or replacements.

5.2. Returned items must be packaged securely and sent using tracked and appropriately insured services. Risk in the item remains with the sender until receipt is confirmed by Watch Me Win.
5.3. If inspection establishes that no fault exists or that the item is ineligible for return, Watch Me Win may return the item to the customer and charge reasonable re-delivery costs.

6. Refunds

6.1. Where a refund is approved, Watch Me Win will issue the refund to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval.

6.2. Processing times by banks and card issuers vary and are outside Watch Me Win’s control.

7. Statutory rights

7.1. Nothing in this Returns Policy affects statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
