Entering any competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Use of the website is governed by the Website Terms of Use (Part B).
1.1. “Competition” means a skill-based prize promotion described on the website page for that promotion (the “Competition Page”).
1.2. “Entry” or “Entries” means validly purchased ticket(s) linked to one answer to the qualifying skill question.
1.3. “Prize” means the item or benefit specified on the Competition Page.
1.4. “Minimum Entry Threshold” means the minimum number of paid entries, if stated, required for the Prize to be awarded as described.
1.5. “Draw Certificate” or “Draw Log” means the attestations, logs or other evidence demonstrating draw integrity.
1.6. “Restricted Territories” has the meaning in clause 3.
1.7. “Watch Me Win”, “we”, “us” and “our” means WMW UNITED Ltd, trading as “Watch Me Win”. “You” and “your” means the entrant.
2.1. Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, agents, contractors, group companies, suppliers and any person professionally connected with Watch Me Win are ineligible to enter.
2.3. Entrants must ensure that all contact and delivery details supplied are accurate and kept up to date.
2.4. Watch Me Win may request age and identity verification at any time. Entries may be cancelled if information is false, misleading or unverifiable.
3.1. Entries are not permitted from Cuba, Iran, Venezuela, the Crimean region of Ukraine, Donetsk, Luhansk, North Korea, Myanmar, Belarus and Mali. Any successful purchase from those territories will be refunded.
3.2. Entries from Germany are not permitted due to local legal restrictions.
3.3. Watch Me Win may update the Restricted Territories to reflect sanctions or local law and may implement geoblocking and payment controls accordingly.
4.1. To enter, select the number of tickets, answer the skill-based qualifying question and pay the entry price.
4.2. One answer only may be submitted per order and that answer applies to all tickets within that order.
4.3. An entrant is not deemed to have entered until payment is received and Watch Me Win sends an email confirming receipt.
4.4. Watch Me Win accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, delayed, damaged or not received for any reason.
4.5. Entrants may enter for free by sending a handwritten postcard by following instructions on product page.
4.6. The free entry route offers an equivalent opportunity to participate without making a purchase. Postal entries are processed with the same eligibility checks and entered into the same draw as paid entries.
5.1. Watch Me Win may impose a maximum number of entries per person and/or per transaction for fairness. Any cap will be stated on the Competition Page.
5.2. Entries in excess of the published cap may be voided or adjusted.
6.1. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed, unless the Competition is cancelled by Watch Me Win.
6.2. Entries will be cancelled if any payment is charged back or otherwise reversed.
6.3. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension and prize forfeiture.
6.4. If a Competition is cancelled, entry payments will be refunded to the original payment method.
7.1. Each Competition closes on the date and time shown on the Competition Page.
7.2. Watch Me Win may extend the closing date up to three times and by no more than thirty (30) days in total. Any extension will be posted on the Competition Page and may be announced on Watch Me Win’s social media channels.
8.1. Where a Minimum Entry Threshold is stated and not reached, Watch Me Win may cancel the Competition and refund all entry payments, may extend the Competition in accordance with clause 7, or may substitute the Prize for one of equivalent value.
8.2. Any substitution will be described on the Competition Page.
9.1. Accepted payment methods and currencies are stated at checkout.
9.2. Prices will indicate whether VAT is included or excluded. Any applicable taxes will be shown prior to payment.
9.3. Watch Me Win may reject or cancel orders in the event of pricing or typographical errors; where payment has been taken, a refund will be issued.
10.1. Within fourteen (14) days of the closing date, Watch Me Win will select the winner or winners at random from all correct entries using an independent third-party random number generator.
10.2. The intended draw date and time will be published on the website or social channels.
10.3. Draw Certificates or Draw Logs are available on request and may be published on the website.
11.1. The chance of winning depends on the number of valid, correct entries received.
11.2. The odds are calculated as the number of an entrant’s valid entries divided by the total number of valid entries.
12.1. Winners will be notified by email to the address supplied.
12.2. Winners must confirm acceptance, and where applicable select among prize options, within five (5) days of notification.
12.3. Delivery arrangements must be agreed within seven (7) days after acceptance.
12.4. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to confirm acceptance within five (5) days or fails to agree delivery within seven (7) days, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
13.1. Watch Me Win may require production of photo identification, proof of age and proof that the payment method used was lawfully owned by the entrant or used with the lawful holder’s authorisation.
13.2. Requested documents must be provided within five (5) days. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and reselection.
13.3. For higher-value prizes, Watch Me Win may require proof of address and such other reasonable checks as are appropriate.
14.1. Prizes are as described on the Competition Page. If unavailable, Watch Me Win may provide a substitute of equivalent value.
14.2. Unless stated otherwise, prizes are provided “as is” without any promise as to suitability.
14.3. For watches, the Competition Page will specify condition (new or pre-owned), papers or serial information, included accessories and any applicable warranty. Images are illustrative and minor variations may occur.
15.1. Watch Me Win will arrange delivery to the address provided by the winner. Delivery times after dispatch are not guaranteed.
15.2. Risk in the Prize passes on delivery to the specified address or upon collection where collection is offered. Title passes upon successful delivery or as otherwise required by law.
15.3. Deliveries are sent by tracked services and, where practicable, with transit insurance. For high-value international shipments, Watch Me Win may require a surcharge or offer collection by appointment.
15.4. Where a parcel is undeliverable or returned to sender, Watch Me Win will contact the winner to arrange re-delivery at the winner’s cost. If the winner fails to respond within a reasonable time, Watch Me Win may deem the prize refused and proceed to select an alternate winner.
15.5. In the event of loss in transit, Watch Me Win will initiate a carrier investigation and will resolve the matter in accordance with the investigation outcome.
16.1. Winners outside the United Kingdom are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, VAT and any additional shipping or clearance costs, unless the Competition Page expressly states otherwise.
16.2. Any estimates provided are for guidance only; actual amounts are determined by the relevant authorities and carriers.
17.1. Watch Me Win may void entries, suspend accounts or forfeit prizes if it reasonably suspects multiple accounts, identity misrepresentation, the use of bots or automation, the use of VPNs or proxies to mask location, scraping or unauthorised scripts, abuse of discount or referral codes or promotions, or any attempt to interfere with the Competition, Watch Me Win’s systems or other entrants.
17.2. Where abuse is established, Watch Me Win may refuse future participation.
18.1. Winners may be asked to provide photographs or videos and to consent to their use by Watch Me Win in marketing and public relations across any media channels including the website and social media.
18.2. Consent may be withdrawn in writing prior to publication. Where consent is withheld or withdrawn, Watch Me Win may publish anonymised winner information such as initials and country.
18.3. Materials produced by Watch Me Win in connection with publicity may be retained and used in accordance with applicable law.
19.1. Consumer cooling-off rights do not apply because entry into a Competition is a leisure activity with a specific date or period of performance.
20.1. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
20.2. Watch Me Win is not liable for losses where there is no breach of a legal duty owed by Watch Me Win, where the loss was not reasonably foreseeable, where the loss was caused by the entrant, or where the loss relates to the entrant’s business.
20.3. Entrants are liable for reasonably foreseeable losses suffered by Watch Me Win arising from the entrant’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the service, subject to Watch Me Win’s duty to mitigate. References to Watch Me Win include its employees and agents.
21.1. Watch Me Win is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, strikes, transport or carrier issues, regulatory actions, sanctions changes, epidemics, power or platform outages.
21.2. In such circumstances, Watch Me Win may suspend or cancel a Competition and will refund entry payments where required by law.
22.1. All decisions made by Watch Me Win in connection with a Competition are final.
23.1. These Competition Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be resolved by the courts of the United Kingdom.
23.2. Consumers benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
23.3. Consumers may be entitled to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11.1. Watch Me Win may send all notices under these terms by email to the most recent email address supplied by the user.
12.1. Watch Me Win may transfer its rights or obligations under these terms to a third party.
12.2. A person who is not a party to these terms has no rights to enforce them unless expressly stated otherwise.
13.1. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
13.2. Failure to exercise or enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
13.3. If any part of these terms is ineffective or unenforceable, the remainder will continue in effect.
13.4. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and Watch Me Win regarding website use.
14.1. These Website Terms are governed by English law and disputes will be decided by the courts of the United Kingdom. Consumers retain the benefit of any mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
15.1. If Watch Me Win offers SMS or mobile notifications or marketing, such services are governed by the Mobile Terms of Service available.
